Parking is a common source of neighbour complaints. We are more likely to own multiple cars then in the past, and combine that with garages more often being used as storage, parking is a valuable commodity. Robert Kane of Scranton, Pennsylvania was upset that a neighbour parked in front of his house. So upset in fact that when it happened the first time he warned his neighbour that he was crazy and that you wouldn't want to see him angry. When a visitors car was parked in front of Kane's house a month later he went off the deep end. Police arrived to find Kane's neighbours escaping out the back door, while Kane was attempting to cut thru the front door with a chainsaw. He faces up to 37 years in prison.

Concerning the article in the Scranton News about Robert Kane:
There are 2 sides to every story. The men in the apartment were constantly having parties until 3 or 4 am keeping all the neighbors awake. There friends were screeching up and down the street all hours. Mr. Kane is disabled and was unable to park his car within 2 blocks of his house. When he and another neighbor confronted the men, they tormented Mr. Kane. The were out in the street in front of his house screaming, "Come on out here you redneck motherfucker." HIs car was egged. He had been trying to sell the house and was unable to get a buyer. Numerous calls to the Scranton police did not resolve the issue because one of the men's brother was a Scranton police officer. The DEA finally busted the apartment and a large van carried the drug apartment victims away. Not to make excuses for the chainsaw, but the druggies will probably serve less time than Robert
wow dumb ass u feel sorry for kane? He has a LONG history of violence. The neighbors might had been anoying but then guess what? Don't live in the city and u won't have neighbors. And kane has a garage and off street parking so um 2 blocks from his house? Ha! No just in back of his hous.. And dissabled? Yeah MENTAL disability not brokem legs . And as for the comments in the street, better get the entire chain of events correct before u make some retarded comment first comment I read this far that agreed with kane ?
